14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New subscribers are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of their initial purchase. If you find that InvoiceMaster is not the right fit for your lab during this period, we will return your payment in full.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact us via email at [email protected]. To speed up the process, please include:
- Your account email address.
- The transaction ID from your Paddle receipt.
- A brief reason for the refund (this helps us improve the software).
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have full access to InvoiceMaster features until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partially used months after the initial 14-day guarantee period.
Processing of Refunds
All refunds are processed through our payment provider, Paddle. Once approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, this may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
